CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The services, materials and products published and provided by Private Label Advantage | HousingMatrix, Inc are proprietary intellectual properties and as such cannot be returned or recalled once transfer has been made or access to them has been granted under the terms of our subscription agreements. Upon issuance of download passwords and/or linking codes for Internet content features, Private Label Advantage | HousingMatrix, Inc considers all monies paid non-refundable and all subscriptions binding for their terms.  

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by HousingMatrix from its offices within the state of Colorado, United States of America. By accessing this Site, you and HousingMatrix agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to the conflicts of law principals thereof. You and HousingMatrix also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of El Paso County and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado with respect to such matters. HousingMatrix makes no representation that Services available on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
