Cancellation & Refund Policy

The services, materials and products published and provided by HousingMatrix are proprietary intellectual properties and as such cannot be returned or recalled once transfer has been made or access to them has been granted under the terms of our subscription agreements. Upon issuance of download passwords and/or linking codes for Internet content features, HousingMatrix considers all monies paid non-refundable and all subscriptions binding for their terms.
